Brandon's fateful run . Here (above left) just off the starting line, things appear normal. (above right), 200 feet out, both cars start to smoke the tires and things go array. (left) The end result is the car going over the wall after slamming hard into it on the track and straddling it before coming to rest in the picture shown. Brandon will probably be out for a couple month's with a fractured vertabra. Kenny will be back in the seat for the time being. Get well soon Brandon!

The traction was unbelievable this weekend. Dixon and Russell in Saturday's final session of qualifying. Wheels way up also. Left, Tony Schumacher failed to qualify after 90+ in a row. Yikes! A shakeup in the Shoe camp?
