John Evans and Steve Flasha in Top Comp first round action. d. Brian Barling ran his best, a 7.28. e. Tom Tucker ran 6.47 in Top Comp. f. Doug Hemenway runner-upped. Jon Reidel is in the other lane. g and h. Door cars ran well in Top Comp (the four here are Rob Murphy, Todd Hoerner, Scott Howell and Frank Tamez. i. Dwight Deausy new Super Stocker is very nice. j. Rod Hanner in the Trapmate Cuda and Rick Mckinney. k. Jim Isherwood went to the third round in his wheelstanding Super Stocker. l. Dino Kost lasted only one round in his Super Stocker. m. Ray Grossmith did huge wheelstands all weekend long. n. Jim Warter set the national record in E/SM with a 8.71. o. Maureen Jondahl smashed the H/AA record when she went 8.78/152 mph. p. Mark Stewart ran .600 under and still lost in 1st round of Comp. q. Brandon Johnson warms up the final round runner-up TAD. r. Clint Thompson pit in between rounds. s.
