Weekend gallery is here The CPSA was in action for the first time this past weekend at Mission Raceway Park. With the forecasted bad weather and the long weekend for their opening race, a small (15 cars) but enthusiastic group came out for the first time. Pro Street only had one competitor in action, but Dal Sangha performed flawlessly including a best of 6.95 @ 204mph. that is the new assoc. record. Roy Moznik was the lone Outlaw competitor and he ran a best of 8.006/166 to take the trophy. In Real Street, Randy Johnson Jim Johnson and Rich Wood all in 60's Chevy's battled it out on Saturday. Randy had tire problems that kept him out of competition on Sunday and Jim Johnson took the Sunday event.
The biggest class was the newest class in the series ET Street which allows pretty much any car 8.50 and slower to face off against each other. The make time trial runs on Saturday and then pick a dial in number they have to run all day in elimination's. Jason Gibson took the first ET Street class race of the year and also won the SpeedZone Magazine best Package bonus with a .066 package in his semi final win over Rob Munroe. Munroe went .069 Red

announce the 2004 Champions and After an exciting 2004 season, the Champions were announced at the CPSA November General meeting and the winning drivers presented with Championship plaques. Winners are also awarded with championship jackets. The Champions for the 2004 Season are: Pro Street Dal Sangha- 91 Mustang
